PT Kota Cerdas Indonesia (KCI) and Skills2max have agreed on a collaboration for the future to work on the social and soft skills of the Indonesian working force in the digital sector.
KCI knows that Indonesia must Re- and Up-skill more than 75% of its citizens to achieve this goal. This can always be done with others, therefore KCI works closely with companies, organizations, and associations that specialize in IT\IOT\AI or more precisely the digital transformation of Indonesia and promote smart technology and knowledge.
Together with Mr. Fanky Christian from the association APTIKNAS (ASOSIASI PENGUSAHA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI NASIONAL), they have launched a new project called ‘Talent is the new Gold’ where they will provide product training and training to improve the human performance to Up- and Re-skill the staff and technical experts of the digital sector.
To start the collaboration in June 2023 there will a training program in the office of APTIKNAS, organized by PT Event Cerdas Indonesia and PT Kota Cerdas Indonesia where Mr. Damy Matheus Heezen will give a series and classes on basic social/soft skills and knowledge to kick-off.
